Comprehensive Koala Plan of Management, Tweed Coast

Biolink has been appointed by Tweed Shire Council  to consolidate outcomes arising from our recently completed Tweed Coast Koala Habitat Study (Biolink 2011) into a Comprehensive Koala Plan of Management (CKPoM) for the Tweed Coast.  Preparation of a CKPoM by Council is a commendable and vital undertaking that will ideally provide the mechanism for population recovery, while also establishing the basis for longer-term, sustainable management and conservation of koalas and there habitat on the Tweed Coast. The CKPoM is expected to be completed early in 2012.
